Today is Thursday, on my duty of call center
Sitting at the same old place waiting for some stupid customer to call in for support ....
dunno what type of questions they going to rise and if u cant answer u prepare for a complain....
well, is worth for the challange to pick up calls that u will never know what going to happen next, and the way and skill u handle the customer and also improve ur skill and of cause very usefull is increase ur EQ, as it really some how u need to work on it, else u will get an heart attack.
hopefully i got nice food for lunch, cause some1 at my home eating wan tan mee, which i love most ....
